Why did I create PROOF? Why now?
I have been asked this question many times.

At this point of my career, where I have helped thousands of women transform their bodies for a span of over 30 plus years, it is TIME to share not only the winning formula that helped create the most beautiful bodies in the world, but to also show ALL women that the decision to transform and become healthy can be achieved by ANYONE.

You do not have to be a fitness model to achieve activating results.
Sadly, there are too many health programs in the marketplace that DO NOT WORK for most women. Sure you may be able to lose 5 lbs. in 5 minutes but it will come back with a vengeance.

Due to my own personal story, I decided earlier this year to make some dramatic changes to the way I was living. One doctor visit snapped me into a journey of self discovery, revisiting old ways and reinvention.
PROOF is the journey I took myself on, (and a few women in a BETA group) to see what would happen if I made a commitment… a decision to “take care of myself” with better eating habits, more intentional movement of my body, a unique mindset and more…

The result after 3 months? I lost 21 lbs, 2 pant sizes and an energy that had been missing for quite some time. I could not just keep this to myself. I decided to journal everything I did and I put it into this toolkit.

For the first month, we discuss movement and provide options. In the 2nd and 3rd month, we go deeper into workouts and I provide not only some universal programming but I share the best coaches in the industry for you to learn more from.

You can start anytime. You go at your own pace.
The first group of women that commit on opening weekend to PROOF will have monthly (3) email checkins personally with Cathy. Cathy will be checking in on you though periodically and providing the best advice and tactics for success.

You receive the first module. After you watch the module, you commit to the program and then you receive the MONTH 1 programming. You then unlock Month 2 and 3 shortly after you begin MONTH 1.
